Associate Publisher Alliance Agreement

Most APAs will be in the top 1% of the mail order industry. They are "DOERS" and "ACTION PEOPLE".

1. Simply sign and date the acceptance form below and send it to The Bulletin Board with $30.00 – USA$ for your first month association fee. Then $30.00 per month on or before the 10^th of each month thereafter. If you want to save money, you can pay it annually =  $299.00 per year.
